How do we start?: A short scoping conversation, in person or over a call. Tell us what you're carrying forward, and we'll tell you what it takes to do it well.
What does a project cost?: Every engagement is scoped and priced individually. After a discovery conversation you get a fixed proposal, not a running meter.
How long does it take?: It depends on scope. A focused proof-of-concept runs a few months; a full modernization can run a year or more. Either way, you see working progress every two weeks.
Do you only work in agriculture?: Agriculture is where we've proven it. The work — modernizing critical systems and building the intelligence on top — applies anywhere an operation can't afford a confident wrong answer.
Who actually does the work?: Senior engineers — the same people who scoped it. No junior rotation, no handoff.
Where are you based?: West Des Moines, Iowa. We work with teams on-site when it matters and remotely the rest of the time.
